Great food is a long tradition in our family. Kally’s grandmother was known for her wedding cakes and our daughter, Nicole carries on in her footsteps. Her father was known for his candy and fudge. Mark and Kally were partners in the popular Collierville 50’s diner – The Pink Flamingo. Our son Daniel, is a well respected chef and food expert. We have catered, baked, cooked and provided food for many people over the past 30 years and we are excited to bring our talents and creativity to the Armour’s Hotel.
“Your service is amazing and we always feel like we are part of the family. We can’t wait to visit again! So many happy memories.”

Red Boiling Springs
Macon County, TN
An historic community dating back to 1780, booming about 1880 with people coming to “take the waters” from far and near. There are five different types of mineral waters found here. These springs are “mineralized” by their contact with exposed black shale. We are an official Tennessee Downtowns community and the Economic Development Plan includes becoming a Main Street Community.
