Red Boiling Springs TN Downtown 252 Main Street, Red Boiling Springs, TN, United StatesFolk Medicine Festival June 4, 2022 Red Boiling Springs, TN Where healing arts practitioners, biodynamic farmers, organic gardeners, artists, craftsmen, singers, musicians, dancers, storytellers all come together on the banks of Salt Lick Creek in Red Boiling Springs, TN to celebrate the restorative power of nature. Held annually on the 1st Saturday in June. Vendors, demonstrators, entertainers, children's activities, food vendors, the quilt show and educational sessions will happen within the historic downtown area of town. From the Palace Park through downtown, the Village area and down to the Church of Christ building. There will be signs posted pointing to the various areas.
